Bernard Goldberg, author of the recently published book 100 People Who Are Screwing Up America (and Al Franken Is # 37), is not doing Seattle any favors by exposing the fact that it is full of loonies.
It’s not the insult that is concerning. It is the free advertising.
With its silly socialist and radical environmentalist bent, the city has already attracted a populace of people determined to bring the city down. The last thing Seattle needs is to get the message out even more and attract more of these loosers.
So, if you are one of those “progressive loonies” out there in other parts of the country, think twice before you look for your utopia in Seattle. In addition to the endless rain, the social life in Seattle sucks. Just check out the Seattle Shmeng web site if you have any doubts.

okay iguana...i have a good one for you...did you know that seattle's real claim to fame is that it invented "skid row"?

Yeah, that was one of the first things I learned about Seattle, before I moved here in fact.
Actually, I would rather Seattle be more like it was in those days than full of government dependent people and socialist politicians. Back in those days, people were independent!
